We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative with strong industry connections in remodeling, cabinets, and countertops. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and established relationships with contractors, builders, and designers.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including contractors, remodelers, and builders.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
  • Present and promote company products to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Strong connections in the remodeling, cabinetry, and countertop industry.
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in home improvement or interior products.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally to meet clients.

We are also hiring a Sales & Interior Designer with expertise in 2020 Design software to assist customers with designing their dream kitchens and bathrooms. This role requires a mix of design skills and strong customer service abilities.



Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
  • Use 2020 Design software to create custom kitchen and bathroom layouts.
  • Recommend cabinetry, countertops, and other design elements based on client needs.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sales/Store Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients throughout the sales process.


Requirements:

  • Experience using 2020 Design software for kitchen and bath layouts.

IT Manager

The IT Manager will plan, direct, and oversee the company's enterprise information technology strategy, governance, and systems architecture across all business locations. The role is responsible for aligning technology investments with business growth, ensuring secure and scalable enterprise systems, and leading organization‑wide technology planning, integration, and vendor management. The position focuses on strategic oversight, cross‑department coordination, and management of technology resources supporting multi‑location warehouse operations, customer management, manufacturing coordination, analytics, and long-term expansion.



Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the company's enterprise IT strategy and long‑term technology roadmap to support multi‑location operations, including showrooms, fabrication facilities, and warehouses.
  • Lead enterprise-wide systems integration initiatives to ensure seamless data flow and communication between business-critical platforms supporting sales, warehouse, and production operations.
  • Evaluate company technology needs and develop strategic recommendations regarding new systems, infrastructure investments, and technology upgrades.
  • Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, including policies and procedures related to data security, system access, and business continuity for showrooms, the fabrication factory, and warehouse.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise IT staff or contractors; assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and participate in staffing decisions to support organizational technology needs.
  • Develop, visualize and interpret organizational IT goals, policies, and procedures to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the IT operational budget, control technology expenditures, and evaluate return on investment for technology initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships with software providers, hosting services, cloud platforms, and IT service companies to ensure quality performance and cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee procurement of technology equipment, systems, and services necessary to support company operations and future expansion.
  • Oversee enterprise data management and reporting strategy, including development of data structures and reporting tools that support forecasting, operational planning, and executive decision‑making.
  • Identify technology risks and lead mitigation planning to ensure system reliability, cybersecurity readiness, and minimal operational disruption.
  • Advise senior leadership on technology capabilities, resource allocation, digital transformation initiatives, and long‑term technology planning aligned with company growth objectives.


Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a closely related field, and two (2) years of experience in enterprise information systems, systems integration, IT operations, web applications, or a closely related occupation.
  • Must have 24 months of experience in the following:
  • Experience with enterprise customer management or business information systems.
  • Experience with systems integration or workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of data security and visualization.
  • Experience with CRM customization or business process support.
  • Ability to evaluate organizational technology needs and recommend solutions.
